Your device will come with a 24-Month Warranty from iSmash, so if it stops working or has developed any faults, not as a result of accidental or liquid damage, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. If we replace your device, the warranty continues for the remainder of your 24 months from the date of the initial purchase. In addition, our 36-month battery guarantee means that if your battery falls below 80% at any point during this period, we'll replace it in-store, up to three times.
Purchases made online must be returned using our online returns process. Purchases made in-store must be returned to the original iSmash store.

If you are eligible for a Google Pixel 6a battery replacement under Google's Warranty Programme, this repair is free of charge. If you are not eligible, the charge for this repair is £69.
If there are other issues with the phone not caused by the battery, (for example, a broken screen) we may need to replace those parts, and they will fall under "out-of-warranty" (OOW) terms and chargeable to you. We will discuss this with you before going ahead. Before bringing in your device, we strongly recommend backing up your data. The repair process may require the phone to be factory reset, and this will erase all content on the device.
