About Us

iSmash Newcastle Eldon Square is our second location to open in the Newcastle area, following Gateshead Metro Centre, which opened in December 2021. This is a very convenient location for everyone who needs phone repairs in Newcastle. Since 2013, we have specialised in offering an express repair service for smartphones, tablets, and computers. We also sell a variety of mobile accessories and refurbished devices. With more than 150 stores and services, Eldon Square shopping centre in Newcastle offers plenty to do and eat while you wait for your device to be fixed by our highly trained technicians. Most of our phone repairs in Newcastle are carried out in about 30 minutes.

    iSmash Newcastle Eldon Square is our dedicated repair service located in Newcastle city centre. Less than 15 minutes’ walk from Newcastle (NCL) Station and some of the major attractions, it makes it a great central location.

    By Road

    iSmash Newcastle Eldon Square offers connections to two car parks with a total of 942 spaces (of which 32 are for disabled). From there, you will have direct access to the centre. There is a parking fee to pay, but access is free of charge after 5pm.

    By Bus

    You can catch any bus, coach, or inner-city bus towards Newcastle city centre. There are quite a few bus stops in Central Station, Westgate Road, Grainger Street, and Newgate Street, all of which are within 5-10 minutes’ walking distance from the centre.

    By Train

    Newcastle Central is the nearest train station. If you walk along Grainger Street, you will get to us in around 10/15 minutes.
