What happens next?
Your post-in pack is on its way!
Once you have received your post-in pacm pop your device into the sleev inside the box and make sure the contents are secure. The Postage label is already attached,from there you can take your package to any Royal Mail post office ready to be sent to us!
Once your device has been received at our Central Workshop, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging this. Please allow up to 5 working days for your device to be repaired and returned back to you.
Once your repair is complete your device will be sent back to you by the next working day.
