During these extraordinary times our absolute priority is to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and our colleagues.

As a precautionary measure against the ongoing risk of COVID-19, we have taken the decision to temporarily close all of our UK stores to customers from close of business on Monday 23rd March.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this decision may cause – it is not one we have taken lightly. Please also rest assured we are fully committed to re-opening our stores for business at the safest, earliest opportunity we are able. We will keep this page updated with the latest information.

In the meantime, we would encourage everyone to follow the Government guidance to stay safe and healthy. We can’t wait to welcome you back in our stores once it is safe to do so.

How long will you be closed? 
At this time, we cannot say, however it is our absolute intention to re-open as soon as the Government and Health Authorities confirm that it is safe for us to do so.
 
What if I have not been able to collect my device?
If we still have your device for repair, please rest assured that we have taken steps to ensure it will be kept safely and we will notify you as soon we are open and it is ready to collect.
 
Will you continue to offer a mail-in repair service? 
We are exploring options to safely operate our our mail-in service and also to offer a collect and deliver service, subject to relevant Government guidance.

Whilst the stores are closed, you can contact us here. Response times may be slightly longer than usual during this difficult time and we are grateful for your understanding.
