During these extraordinary times our absolute priority is to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and our colleagues.
As a precautionary measure against the ongoing risk of COVID-19, we have taken the decision to temporarily close all of our UK stores to customers from close of business on Monday 23rd March.
During this time, we are pleased to be able to offer a Mail-In Repair service for our customers during this time with the focus on being able to keep you connected to the device you love whilst keeping you, your family and our people safe and protected.
We are offering you a number of options to take advantage of our Mail-in Repair Service either through a Mail-in pack which we will send to you or a self post in pack using our freepost address. Both of these options will be delivered to our Central Workshop where a team of our expert technicians will ensure they diagnose and provide a repair where possible before cleaning your device and returning it to you. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this decision may cause – it is not one we have taken lightly. Please also rest assured we are fully committed to re-opening our stores for business at the safest, earliest opportunity we are able. We will keep this page updated with the latest information.
In the meantime, we would encourage everyone to follow the Government guidance to stay safe and healthy. We can’t wait to welcome you back in our stores once it is safe to do so.
